1. Who We Are

Flux AI ("we", "us") provides AI image generation workflows, prompt tooling, model routing, and related online services for product visuals, marketing creatives, and brand image production. You can contact us at support@fluxaipro.art.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: email, profile details, avatar, sign-in records, security settings, and workspace preferences.
  • Creative workflow data: prompts, negative prompts, uploaded reference images, generation settings, model selections, and generated outputs stored in your workspace.
  • Billing data: orders, subscriptions, invoices, tax information, credit balances, and payment status.
  • Technical and support data: device and browser details, IP, logs, performance signals, error reports, emails, tickets, and feedback.

We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV data.

3. Payment Processing (Creem)

For transactions processed via Creem, Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout settlement, tax calculation and remittance, fraud controls, and parts of payment compliance. We receive the transaction details needed to activate subscriptions, top up credits, issue invoices, prevent fraud, and support your account.

4. How We Use Data

  • To operate Flux AI features, including image generation, workspace history, saved assets, credits, subscriptions, and support.
  • To improve prompts, routing, quality, reliability, abuse prevention, and product experience.
  • To detect fraud, suspicious payment activity, security incidents, policy violations, and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and enforcement obligations.

5. Data Sharing and Processors

We share data only as needed with service providers that help us run Flux AI, such as authentication, cloud storage, model providers, observability, email delivery, and payment providers including Creem. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, enforce our terms, and satisfy legal obligations such as accounting, tax, and anti-fraud recordkeeping. We then delete or anonymize data when appropriate.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to our processing of your personal data. Contact us by email and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for login, security, preferences, checkout continuity, and service analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

Flux AI is not intended for users under 18. If we learn that personal data of a minor has been provided, we will take steps to delete it.
