1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flux AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts.
• You are responsible for your credentials, workspace activity, uploaded materials, and prompts submitted through your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and must not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

3. Billing and Payments (Creem)

We use Creem for part of our checkout infrastructure. For transactions processed via Creem, Creem acts as Merchant of Record, may appear on your billing statement, and handles settlement, taxes, payment compliance, and parts of risk controls.

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge you based on the selected subscription, credit pack, or other paid offering. Prices, currency, taxes, and billing terms are shown at checkout.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel from the in-app subscription page or the payment customer portal.
• Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law or stated at checkout.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was an incorrect charge, duplicate billing, or a service issue, please contact support@fluxaipro.art. We typically respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and timing depends on payment networks and issuers. We or our payment partners may issue discretionary refunds when appropriate to resolve legitimate disputes.

6. Acceptable Use

• No violations of applicable law, sanctions rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party platform rules.
• No reverse engineering, abusive scraping, restriction bypassing, automated abuse, prompt injection against the platform, or attacks on Flux AI infrastructure.
• No use of the service for fraud, money laundering, card testing, harmful or deceptive content operations, or other high-risk payment behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for content you lawfully own or are authorized to use, the Flux AI service, software, trademarks, interface, workflows, and documentation are owned by Flux AI or its licensors.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create legal, security, model abuse, or payment risk, or interfere with other users.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. In case of disputes, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
